Crude Palm Oil B
Produced from compressing the entire palm fruit (both the shell and kernel)
through a traditional roasting process before extraction to reduce moisture and inhibit the enzymes that produce free fatty acids (FFA).
Due to the high heat of the roasting process, it has a dark color and a distinctive smoky aroma.
The oil's color is a deep reddish-brown.
It contains a free fatty acid (FFA) value of no more than 10%.
It provides high energy, but has a slightly higher free fatty acid (FFA) value than Crude Palm Oil A.
It is commonly used in general animal feed formulas, such as pig, broiler, and aqua feeds, or in cost-saving formulas.
